The system of CAD R&D Center "Progress" disposes of 3 kinds of bases, which main function is to secure warranty and not warranty support of bought of it's clients computer technics:

 

 

 

 

Warranty and after warranty

 

CAD R&D CEnter "Progress" secures warranty and after warranty of supplied technics and software products and secures repair or substitution in the frameworks of 2 working days and declares readiness for establishment on place the conditions for guarantee and after guarantee service.

 

The factory warranty is completely covered in Bulgaria. The repair activity is distributed in 3 levels:
- on place;
- in the service centers in the country and in the center for highly skilled support in Sofia;
- in the factory of the firm producer.

 

REMARK: It means here the typical repair activity, which starts after the substitution of the damaged machine or a part of a turnovered.

CAD R&D Center "Progress" secures repair service to the users on place, 24 hours in the day and 7 days in the week.

A continuously duty is supported for accepting messages for damages by the telephone controller. For that purpose in continuously regime are working fax, telex, e-mail, telephone, pager, mobile phone: 0888/850111 /only for customers/.

 

For securiing the needed working capacity of the repair service systems /guarantee and not guarantee/ CAD R&D Center "Progress" uses turnover computers. The service disposes of 42 turnover configurations, secirring 100% cover of all kinds and types supplied to the client systems. The substitution is done with tha same make computers, securiing the same or bigger possibilities than the client's system.

CAD R&D Center "Progress" Ltd. has the pleasure to inform you, that from 01.03.2005 the service centers of the company completes a support of the technic according to the new DELL politics, the service is given to all the owners of DELL systems (bought out of CAD R&D Center "Progress") in guarantee time.

 

The client is supposed to:
• undertake the expenses for the system transport to/from the service center;
• pay a charge for repair and administrative expenses;
