SERVICE CENTERS

The procedure of securiing of guarantee support of supplied and installed by "Progress" computer technoc and securiing of not guarantee support is realized by the service centers of the CAD R&D Center "Progress" firms-collaborators, which cover the shole territory of the countryand are connected in between by a private virtual net, which secures the fast exchange of information and contributes for timely and fast reacting of the messages, recieved from the clients, for removal of the originated damages in the buyed computer configurations. The service centers, securiing guarantee support and not guarantee service, cover the whole territory of the country and aim:

• to secure fast and timely supply of the computer technic, accordingly the requirements of it's clients;

• to secure qualitativea and professional instalation of the supplied configurations;

• to secure highly skilled and fast support for removal of the originated damages.

If it is not to remove the damage on place, a computer configuration with the same specification for temporary use is given till the damage is removed. In this way is secured the uninterruption of the work of the users with the used from them computer technic.
