Development and CAD R&D "Progress" program products and systems support is completing by the Center for highly skilled help in Sofia. The Center has 2 departments “Information Engeneering”, which attends of selling and support of computer technics and “Information Technologies”, which attends of development, introducing and support of software products and systems.

The Center is certified for realizing the technical support of the DELL products for the area of Republic of Bulgaria.
